HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM within the united states?
Quick and easy returns are available USING THE ReTURNS OPTION IN YOUR RECENT ORDERS. Before you proceed please read the Refund and Return Policy below. 
  • Complete the returns form from the recent order page and submit, 
  • Then, simply re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with return labels and tags still attached.

Terms Of Refund

 

  • You have only 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. You can quickly and easily return your item (s) using our Returns Portal!
  • However, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange of the item.
  • Only US customers will be able to purchase a return shipping label but the returns portal is open to all customers.
  • We do not provide cash refunds.
  • Upon returning any item, you will receive Store Credit to be used in our store.
  • Returns will be processed within 7 business days after your items are delivered to us.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. The request will be rejected if the item is returned after 30 days,  shows signs of use, or the label is missing.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the store credit will automatically be applied to your account within seven (7) days.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept the return of Gift Cards, and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept intimate or sanitary goods, pierced jewelry, beauty products, and swimwear.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where exchanges are refused:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition is dirty, damaged, washed, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that we receive 30 days after delivery

Not Seeing The Store Credit?

  • If you haven’t received a store credit yet, first check your email and spam account.
  • Then, contact us. It may take 3-7 days before your store credit is officially posted to your account.
  • To receive your store credit more quickly, use the return label option in our Return Portals above.
 
 Sale items
  • Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

  • We can replace items if they are defective or if you need a different size or style.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will credit the store credit to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns  

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2954 NW 124th Way, Sunrise, Florida 33323.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning all items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
